Our studio offers:

Specialized private and semi-private instruction utilizing classical Pilates apparatus including Classical Reformer, Classical Cadillac, Classical Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel, and Mat work. 

Group classes offered in a variety of formats including Mat Pilates, Barre, Group Reformer, and Mixed Equipment. Fusion instruction is also available for aerial yoga, TRX, bosu ball training.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a mind-body exercise system based on the principles of the late Joseph Pilates.  Pilates consists of a series of strengthening and flexibility exercises done on a mat or specialized equipment using springs and/or body weight for resistance. The focus is on the core of the body, the abdominals, back and hip muscles. The versatility of the method accommodates and challenges the abilities of everyone from novice exerciser to the most conditioned athletes.
